Our precast fabrication skills and experience create precast concrete products that represent your company with the highest quality finish every time Staircases molds can be manufactured in either a lying position in an individual formwork, or in a standing position in cassette formwork system. The lying molds can be efficiently produced, either on a pallet, or on a production table. This saves additional vibration equipment and heating. Straight staircases can be produced in different cast positions. Each type has its advantages and peculiarities. Therefore Altilal offers every type the optimal molds.

The use of concrete elements on stationary tilting table molds are implemented for the production of concrete wall elements and/or facades and are used where the principle “produce horizontally and removed vertical shuttering work” is required due to transportation, logistics or for the structural reinforcement requirements.

The tilting table molds consist of a stabilized foundation beam, a horizontal beam surfaced with specially designed steel profile “Omega” topped with a steel sheet with a particularly high surface quality. The horizontal beams can be moved from the horizontal position along the longitudinal axis by about 80 degrees so that the elements produced can be vertically lifted from this position by means of a hydraulic system.

The tilting table molds like all other Al tilal molds systems can be designed in such a way to absorb the pre-stressing forces resulting from the production process of pre-stressed floor slabs and other precast concrete elements
