  • you will inform saudiindustri.com of any postings, items or transactions which appear to be in violation of this User Agreement;
  • you shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations regarding and relating to your use of the Site;
  • information you provide on the Site in respect of factory or establishment details shall be as accurate as reasonably possible;
  • information you provide on the Site in respect of items you wish to sell shall be as accurate as reasonably possible;
  • you will not use contact information provided to you during the course of a transaction on the Site to solicit additional sales offline or on another website;
  • you will not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including but not limited to email addresses and other contact information;
  • you will not disclose or publicize any personal information about users or otherwise access or use information about other users in a manner which (in our sole discretion) may constitute a breach of privacy and/or applicable laws.

There are two types of affiliation plans that a factory would have the privilege of taking advantage of by joiningsaudiindustri.com :

I.Basic affiliation Privileges If a factory selected the Basic Affiliation Plan then it will be referred to as Basic Affiliated Factory (BAF) that enjoys the following benefits on the site

1. BAF will have the opportunity of exhibiting the factory profile in its particular position featuring full information about it with a dynamic location map of the establishment.

2. A full list of all products manufactured by BAF with complete photogenic details of each product will be exhibited as a coherent element of the BAF profile.

3. Accessibility to receive a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the browsing clients who are interested in the products displayed. This privilege requires a minimal charged fee should the BAF agrees to receive it thru the assignedsaudiindustri.com control panel.

4.Each BAF will have the opportunity to conduct a selling deal and receive purchasing orders of any item they wish to exhibit on the profile page as part of the second phase plan of this project by highlighting the price and the minimum quantity of the products or services provided by the same. A percentage charge will be collected bysaudiindustri.com from the BAF on any deal conducted thru this platform.

The Basic affiliation fee is SR.7500/year based on two-year period, and SR.10000/year based on one-year period

II.Distinctive Affiliation Privileges

If a factory selected the Distinctive Affiliation Plan then it will be referred to as Distinctive Affiliated Factory (DAF) that enjoys the following benefits on the site:

1. DAF will have the opportunity of exhibiting the factory profile in its particular position featuring full information about it with a dynamic location map of the establishment.

2. A full list of all products manufactured by DAF with complete photogenic details of each product will be exhibited as a coherent element of the DAF profile.

3. DAF will enjoy the accessibility to receive a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the browsing clients who are interested in the products displayed. This privilege will not require a charged fee once DAF accepts to receive it thrusaudiindustri.com channel.

4. The Distinctive affiliation fee is SR.16000/year based on two-year period, and SR.20000/year based on one-year period

Fees and payments

The chosen activity referred to above would require the user or factory representative to pay the full amount in advance to be eligible as BAF or DAF when accepting our offer.

All Contents is required to be submitted by the BAF or DAF to complete the profile in the following manner:

Legal Name of Factory, Logo of the factory in high resolution, CR, Industrial registration, contact person in charge of the account with, appointed IT specialist of the factory, GPS coordinate of the location of the factory, category to be listed in, an introduction summery about the facilities (max No of words : 200), contact information, i.e. phone number, official e mail, social network protocols, designated Products or services provided by the factory, ( pictures quality must be Max: 300 kb in good quality ).

In return saudiindustri.com will provide the BAF or DAF with the following services:

1. Allocation of facilities and its services and products at the designated location and category for the period contracted.

2. Provide the affiliate with an access to a private control panel ( CPanel ) dedicated to the factory to have a full control of the information and activities by providing the factory with a user name and password after registering as an affiliate.

Our Obligation to Projections and Browsing Forecast

Saudiindustri.com has put together a well-planned tactic to attract an enormous number of a huge viewing audience of the elite professional community, which will be gaining advantage from the valuable information and displayed products on this website. Thus, our forecast studies show the online audience is expected to reach more than one million hits monthly for the period of the first six months. However; we will not be obliged for any specific number of hits or views before our affiliated members.

Cancelation Of The Plan

After approval and received payment from BAF or DAF we hold the right not to accept any cancelation or reversal of payment already received.

SECTION 19 – Request For Quotation System (RFQ)

Affiliate responsibility: using the RFQ facility is one of the privileges and the proposals responding to such requests must be submitted properly, thus prices and specifications have to be indicated in a very clear style for the RFQ pursuer. A nominal fee will be applicable for each RFQ received by the factory thru our platform saudiindustri.com and consequently is to be paid by the manufacturer responding to the RFQ pursuer if he or she decided to use this facility.

Saudiindustri responsibility towards RFQ: saudiindustri.com or Emarapolis Advertising wll is in no way responsible or liable for any of the information, prices or specification provided by the factory in their proposals responding to the RFQ sender and therefore shall not be held accountable for any of the exchanged information between the two parties, i.e. the RFQ sender or the manufacturer.

However, for any Services, Saudiindustri.com does not represent neither the buyer ( sender of RFQ ) nor the seller ( Receiver of RFQ )in specific transactions. Saudiindustri.com does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.

Saudiindustri.com uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of certain information our paying affiliates ( Factories )provide us when they register for a paying affiliation service on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, Saudiindustri.com encourages you to use various means, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.

Each User acknowledges that it is fully assuming the risks of conducting any purchase and sale transactions in connection with using the Site or Services, and that it is fully assuming the risks of liability or harm of any kind in connection with subsequent activity of any kind relating to products or services that are the subject of transactions using the Site. Such risks shall include, but are not limited to, mis-representation of products and services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, defective or dangerous products, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost mis-calculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract and transportation accidents. Such risks also include the risks that the manufacture, importation, export, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the Site may violate or may be asserted to violate Third Party Rights, and the risk that User may incur costs of defense or other costs in connection with third parties’ assertion of Third Party Rights, or in connection with any claims by any party that they are entitled to defense or indemnification in relation to assertions of rights, demands or claims by Third Party Rights claimants. Users are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site or Services, including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transportation and storage.

User agrees to provide all information and materials as may be reasonably required by Saudiindustri.com in connection with your transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site or Services.  Saudiindustri.com has the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account if the User fails to provide the required information and materials. In the event that any User or Paying Affiliate has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User or Paying Affiliate agrees to release and indemnify Saudiindustri.com (and our agents, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.

Section 20 – Career

Career section of the website requires personal information such as applicants name, password and email address. We do this when he or she register seeking services that require such information. We need to collect this information in order to fulfill our service commitment to him or her. We have the full right to use his or her personal information to arrange for interviews with the proper factory or factories depending on his or her credentials and requirements. By using this tool ( Career ) she or he agrees to submit all information required by the site and saudiindustri.com has the right to use this information in the best beneficial way for the sake of the applicant.

The applicant will be charged a nominal nonrefundable fee for each interview set up that he or she will be granted from the website. He or she must oblige to pay the amount prior to accepting the interview set up ( saudiindustri will not refund the fee paid in case the interview did not take place for any reason there is.

The Career service provided by saudiindustri.com is not involved in the actual recruitment and employment transactions between employers and candidates, and, therefore, has no control over or responsibility for: the quality, safety or legality of the jobs/internships or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings or of the parties’ representations regarding those positions, the ability of employers to offer job/internship opportunities to candidates, the ability of candidates to fill job/internship openings, or the behaviors of employers and candidates.

The Career service division provided by Saudiindustri.com expects that all parties will exercise caution and common sense when using our Career services. Saudiindustri’s career service division may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Applicants using our facilities are solely responsible for the content of their postings on site and for any information they exchange through our website. Saudiindustri makes no representation about or guarantee of the truth, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any such content or information. Saudiindustri Career service does not verify that users are who they claim to be because user authentication on the internet is difficult. You acknowledge that your use of our  website and Career services and your reliance on any content posted on the website or obtained through the services are at your own risk.

Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Saudiindustri website and Career service devision on the website.

In the event of a dispute between one or more users of the Saudiindustri.com’s Career services, you release the Saudiindustri’s Career services (and our owners, agents and employees) from liability for any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect of every kind and nature, known and unknown), arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

When you register on the Saudiindustri career services, you will be asked to create an account and provide and fill out a form with certain information, including but not limited to, a valid email address (“User Information”). You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership rights in your account.

All User Information will be used in accordance with our terms of Privacy Policy. Please note, as set forth in the Privacy Policy, that Saudiindustri may collect certain User Information and may contact Users periodically in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. In addition, Saudiindustri reserves the right to comply, in its sole discretion, with legal requirements, requests from law enforcement agencies or requests from government entities, even to the extent that such compliance may require disclosure of certain User Information. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of User Information.

 

Section 21 – Force Majeure

Under no circumstances shall saudiindustri.com be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the our site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
